Hello! My name is Sara Taeko Port, and I’m a planetary scientist. My research investigates environmental weathering and alteration processes across planetary environments, from Venus’ high temperature and pressure conditions to space weathering on the Moon. I’m primarily an experimentalist who has worked in 5 different laboratories across 3 different countries, but I also have experience working with thermodynamic modeling software. I also enjoy baking, crafting, and playing video games.
