Outreach Activities
- President of the University of Arkansas Space and Planetary Sciences club, S.P.A.C.E. Hogs (2021-2024)
- Organized local events to promote STEM with a concentration in planetary science (astrobiology, geology, astrophysics, and atmospheric sciences). Was heavily involved in STEM outreach events to the local schools (elementary through high school), boy scout troops, and local homeschool organizations.
- President of the Stony Brook University Undergraduate Astronomy Club (2013-2014)
- Organized discussion topics and presentations at weekly meetings and coordinated outreach events on campus to promote STEM with a concentration in astrophysics. Planned numerous on and off-campus trips to places such as The American Museum of Natural History and Brookhaven National Laboratory. Boosted the percent of female members from 15% to 50% during my tenure.
